In recent years, a lot of research has been conducted on athletes and their specific movements outside of their competitive arenas. Through a greater understanding of each athlete’s daily movement tendencies, coaches have optimized their athletes’ athletic performance.

Building on this idea, Off the Front will film and evaluate how you ride at different power levels. In doing so, we can pick out strengths and weaknesses in your cadence and technique, and make improvements for optimized performance, efficiency, and comfort.

We also use computerized pedal analysis to improve continuous power throughout your pedal stroke. Armed with this information, we can virtually eliminate those “dead spots” in your cadence that translates to momentary losses of power. We’ll structure pedaling technique drills for you to perform so that you more effectively transfer power from your legs, to your pedals, and to your rear wheel.
