Just want to say thank you for the work you have invested not only in me personally, but my teammates that you work with as well. Because of your work, our team has had a terrific season: we’ve had several wins and many riders have moved up in category causing other teams to take notice. The team has much more to learn and a long way to go, but we’re on the right path for sure. Without your guidance we wouldn’t be as strong as we are.
One of the things I enjoy most about working with Off the Front is the practical approach to training. You give us, the athletes, workouts based on what our schedules will allow because of work, family, or other outside interests. I still get quality workouts that push me to levels I haven’t seen since I was an All American swimmer in college 20 years ago — all while maintaining my family and work obligations. I know other athletes feel the same way …”
